Pesta Sukan 2008 National Outdoor Archery Championship
This year the Pesta Sukan 2008 National Outdoor Archery Championships were held simultaneously on the Sat & Sun 30-31st Aug 2008 at two Community Center Clubs. The Cadet categories were held at the Open Field Opposite the Sembawang Community Centre Club and the Open Classes were held at Zheng Hua Community Centre Club. There were a total of more than 450 local archers participated in this event. .
Archery Club of Singapore had fielded the ACS Junior Team & the Intermediate Recurve Team to represent in the following categories the 12 Under Recurve, Intermediate Recurve Classes.
The weather was fine on day 1 morning at Sembawang Field and rained in the afternoon. On the 2nd day, the IKO and TKO were completed successfully. The ACS junior team archers enjoyed the competition and some parents were present at the shoot to support their children. The Result Summary of the Shoot held on the first day.
