Sembawang Archery Open 2008
The Sembawang Archery Open 2008 was held on the Sat & Sun 24-25th May 2008 at an Open Field Opposite the Sembawang Community Centre Club. There were a total of 334 archers participated in this event and we can see archers from our neighbouring countries like Thailand and Malaysia.
Archery Club of Singapore had fielded the ACS Junior Team & the Novice Team to represent in the following categories the 12 Under Recurve, 16 Under Standard and Novice Classes.
The weather was fine on day 1 at Sembawang Field. On the 2nd day, the IKO and TKO was interrupted because of the rain and thunder in the early aftenoon. The ACS junior team archers enjoyed the competition and some parents were present at the shoot to support their children. The Result Summary of the Shoot held on the first day.
