News Flash 2012- Awards, Plaquettes and Events
Punggol Trial Shoots 2012-02 on 6 May. We have completed our 2nd Ponggol trial conducted by the Clubs. Thanks to the fine weather in the early morning except toward the last end of the trial the rain started to pour. Luckily, the scores were recorded on time. We have to wait for the rain to stop before we can packed up the range. New scores were broken by our archers in the various classes. A total of 11 Gold were awarded to the archers Well Done! archers, keep it up and check out the results here .
Punggol Trial Shoots 2012-01 on 12 Feb. This is the first Ponggol trial conducted by the Clubs and we saw many new archers taking part in this trial. Parents of the younger archers were seen around to support their children shooting the first time in this trial.A total of 8 Gold were awarded in this quarterly trail which means these archers will qualified to shoot for further distances in the next coming trial on 6 May 2012. ACS Hongboa Shoot 2012 on 5 Feb 2012. The event was planned and organized by Ms Ang Swee Ngee and Elaine and assisted by Angelina. The event was divided into two parts, first the member have to shoot the hongboa and second part they were group in each group as according to the hongboa number. Then each group have to do or play according to each event plan and the members are awarded according to the plan for the hongboa of higher cash of $10, $8, $6, and min $2. All the members enjoyed themselves.. .

ACS Quarterly Trial Best Distance Trophies Presentation 2011 ACS presented Trophies and Shopping Vouchers worth $50 each to archers who achieved the highest scores in the various categories during the Annual Dinner on 18 Dec 2011. The presentation of trophies is a show of appreciation to archers who had trained hard and achieved the high scores. This is the first year where this presentation is awarded in the Quarterly Trials to the members, Archers! please work hard this year you may be the next. .
